On a mission to improve client resilience and stability

The owner Andrew has been in the dedicated IT support industry since 2007 within the electronics industry. Initially mastering all  photographic then CAD software and departments, he was put into priority manufacture which was a premium service involving random support hours.

Moving forward involved creating new processes with the software developer and improving the internal software outputs streamlining the process. Then came being the goto person for random file formats or wierd requirements.

Being required to move overseas came into fruition early 2000’s to improve processes, create software and train non english speaking people for just over eight months.

Manufacture file to end product validations came in 2004 for a large multinational client which was an 18 month process challenge that required significant knowledge of all the processes. Another successful project complete.

The next 8 years was a lot of learning of anything from internal computers and printers to spam filter, SEO for many websites with significant results, server hardware upgrades, network management including Windows 2000 to 2008R2. Windows servers with AD and Exchange taken to China and installed with an office overhaul of 35 Chinese windows computers.

With a vision of walking my own line, a hobby business was setup doing computer and laptop repairs etc. In 2015 this became a full time operation with clients travelling or delivering from as far as 350km’s away for the 5 star reputation. Within this time we not olny supported businesses with computer and laptop repairs, but setup and administer their microsoft tenants and supplied and setup networking equipment. After 10 years we still support those same clients today.

Mid 2024 saw the shutdown of the break fix operation and the rebrand that is now Level 4 IT with the complete focus of business managed IT services and cloud support.
